Being Delusional vs Having A Vision

Masters of Money LLC Everything you go through grows you Quote Photo

The other day one my haters was in one of our online chat rooms, just kind of generally complaining about everything they could think of to complain about, blaming me for everything wrong with their own life, and on top of all of that, they had the audacity to call me delusional.

I was talking with my wife about it, and she said- “What’s the difference between delusional, being a dreamer, believing in something that other people can’t see yet, and thinking outside the box?” What she said got me thinking. Then we had a quickie before the babies woke up, which really got my creative juices flowing.

To the hater who called me delusional, let’s call him Jim, I wanted to let you know that I can’t be delusional, because my delusions aren’t only for me. My delusions benefit way more than just me, so that turns my delusions into a vision.

The difference between being delusional and having a vision: Being delusional is an idea that only creates a value selfishly for you to enjoy. A vision is an idea that creates a value that more than just yourself will benefit from.

Haters, I genuinely don’t hate you or even dislike you. I am actually grateful that you were/are a part of my life, because without you, I wouldn’t be the man I am today. You gave me what felt like at the time impossible hurdles/mountains to climb, that I had to either get over or around in record time, or else bad things would happen. It really made me stronger.

From late 2009 until January 2017, I had to fight so hard just to keep my head above water, to stay alive, to pay bills, to not get run over, to overcome massive unrelenting professional/business/legal challenges, and for most of that time period, my now ex-wife was actively trying to find ways to get sole custody of our son, while acting like we were married, so that she didn’t raise any red flags and get caught. My ex was also willing to do anything to achieve her objective, regardless if it was fair, honest, decent, or even against the law.

Overcoming these things in the past was mentally, physically and emotionally exhausting, but that was then, and this is now. Now, after having to go through all of that, it makes so many of the things that I have to deal with in my everyday life, way easier to deal with.

Food for thought……Navy Seals have to go through drowning, freezing, starving, being dehydrated, being sleep deprived, etc., so when they are only drowning, freezing, starving, and dehydrated, they handle it like it’s almost nothing at all. In other words, even though we don’t want to have to go through difficult things, we will be much stronger for having to go through them. Most of us aren’t Navy Seals, but the same general principles apply to things we have to go though.

If you asked anyone who really knows me what I am really like, they would probably tell you that I am humble, friendly, loyal, and generous. But, since I know it pisses my haters off, I am going to close this post in an arrogant, smug way, just to give them something to hate. Ha! Ha!

Haters, you wanna know what I bring to the table……I bring the table, the chairs that you sit in at the table, and I even bring the things that you sit around the table and hate on.

Yours in success,

Michael “MJ The Terrible” Johnson

P.S. Haters, if you ever want to stop hating on me, and do something positive with your own lives, it would probably be better for you, your families, your friends, and your communities. Just sayin.
